Great relaxed dessert shop in a good location. Fantastic choices and they were really flexible on making bespoke orders for the kids. It's definitely a great place to stop by for a treat.

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday for dessert here and it was lovely. The food were a work of art and perfect for our cravings! I would like to commend Aleemah for taking extra effort to make it special for my little one! Definitely coming back

It was delightful! We ate in and the shop has a really good and comfortable vibe to it, the food was absolutely amazing and the prices were acceptable due the the quantity and quality of the food. Would 100% recommend going here! 10/10

I was served by poppy and she was fantastic. She was very kind and made sure our orders were correct and continued to make sure our food was good. The food was amazing and came quite quickly. Music in the background was great.

Absolutely Perfect. We were served by Adil. His service was exceptional. Best waffle I ever had and the cookie dough was delicious aswell. Best dessert shop in Sutton and arguably in Birmingham. Definitely will be back and is a must try experience if you have a sweet tooth.

I am shocked. I don’t know who the lady behind the counter thinks she is, but she speaks to customers like animals. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life, I had to rush out of there. So abrupt and rude, I felt intimidated. Such a shame, great location and could have a chance with better trained staff. Please take this criticism on board and speak politely to all customers.

Do not enter if you expect even the bare minimum in customer service! Harassed by staff members and not willing to serve paying customers - no wonder Uber eats has cornered the dessert market. I wouldn’t recommend going if you have any expectations to be served with a degree of dignity.
